1. PRODUCTION & SHIPPING

We partner with Printful, which maintains production facilities in:
- Canada
- United States
- Mexico

This means your orders are typically:
- Produced at the facility closest to you
- Shipped domestically when possible
- Processed faster with minimal customs delays

2. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

2.1 Production Time
- Processing time: 2-5 business days
- All items are made-to-order

2.2 Shipping Time
United States:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Domestic shipping from US facility

Canada:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Domestic shipping from Canadian facility

Mexico:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Domestic shipping from Mexican facility

3. SHIPPING COSTS
- Calculated at checkout
- Based on destination and weight
- All prices displayed in CAD

3.1 SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
- No P.O. boxes
- No military addresses
- No shipping outside USA/Canada/Mexico

4. TAXES & DUTIES

Note: As we are registered only in Canada, we collect taxes only for Canadian orders. While our products are produced locally in each country through Printful's facilities and qualify for duty-free treatment under USMCA, customers from the USA and Mexico may still be responsible for their local sales taxes where applicable.
